B-134a Early NSDAP Youth Buckle
Super example of this early type “NSDAP youth” buckle (pre-dated
the actual Hitler Youth) – a very crisp relief strike with nice detail. The
construction is two-piece, with the oval central roundel with its hammered
swastika added as a separate piece, secured with tabs through the buckle face.
The nickel/silver finish is superb, with the reverse showing some patina. The
buckle is complete with both side keepers. A rare find – and a scarce piece
for a collection.
