A choice example of this type with 99.9% of the dark green finish
intact! There is literally no wear at all to this pressed steel buckle. The
reverse is maker marked (GB for Gustav Brehmer, Markneukirchen) and dated ’41.
The catch is the inverted “U” type with flat feet soldered to the back of
the buckle. The roll bar and prongs are unfinished aluminum. There is a dark
green canvas tab, which is choice as well. As good as it gets, and an excellent
finishing touch to your tropical mannequin!
