B-145a Army Aluminum Combat Buckle with Leather

This example is produced in aluminum and has some minor wear to the
high points. The green combat finish is all but missing on the front but still
present on the reverse. The reverse has the slotted ramp style catch, along with
an aluminum roll bar and prongs. The brown leather tab is still soft and has
just minor discoloration. The maker’s mark is not decipherable, but the date
of production, 1937, is clearly seen. A sound example!
