Collar Tab (in Original Cellophane) and Shoulder Board Set for Sanitätstruppen

The unissued collar tabs with this set are mint and come still
in their original cellophane wrapper. The handsome, matte bullion collar tabs
have single strand dark blue piped centerlines. The tabs appear untouched in the
wrapper. They are accompanied by an excellent pair of sew-in Officer boards,
with matte grey aluminum braid (in this configuration, they are for a Leutnant.
Pips can be added to raise the rank to 1LT (First Lieutenant - Oberleutnant) or
CPT (Captain – Hauptmann). The braid edges show a little light wear, but
this is attributable to storage since there is no other flaw. The dark
cornflower blue underlay Waffenfarbe (branch color) is a near perfect match with
the piping on the collar tabs (only the slightest bit darker). A very desirable
set!
