C-617a State Service Armband with Ink Stamp
Bright yellow cloth field with a black, stylized eagle machine woven
to the center. These were worn by members of the German State Service. There is
a faint ink stamp to the right of the eagle. This appears to have been removed
from a shirt. An excellent example!
