D-002 Letter from the Leader of the NSFK, General

This is a brief letter of thanks dated 1939 from Christiansen on
receipt of a copy of the ”White Book” on the Germano / Polish Crisis. No
official name is given for the addressee – only the “NSDAP Official on the
Deputy Führer’s Staff handling Foreign Policy questions”. Very slight
yellowing, there’s a two-hole punch along the left edge. The document measures
nearly 11.75” by nearly 8” and has an embossed NSFK insignia and is on
official letterhead of the Commander’s Office. There is a red ink stamp
indicating receipt by the “Office Ribbentop” (at this time, in 1939, this is
likely where Hewel was located) and an excellent, original Christiansen
signature.
