D-194a  “Speise-Karte”, Literally “Food Menu” for a Restaurant in Obersalzberg
This interesting document measures 8.25” by 5.75” (21cm by 14.5cm) and is on manila paper. Printed on the top, is a motto and the script “Speise-Karte”. The rest of the document is typewritten. Some goodies on the menu this day, 19.März 1945, were tomato soup, brautwurst sandwich, and weiner schnitzel. There are prices listed in the far right column. Very interesting that such a variety of food was available in March 1945!
