E-489a Italian Youth
Dagger
These pieces were carried by the Italian Youth (G.I.L.) members. The
stylized eagle headed hilt has 85% of its gilt finish intact. The black painted
wooden handle is excellent and the brass wire strands and all intact. The nickel
plated blade is very clean and has never been touched or sharpened. The
lightweight brown leather scabbard with single belt loop on the reverse is in
sound condition. The bottom of the scabbard leather is somewhat crinkled but
still in place. Very collectible.
