F-216 SS-Marked
Whistle, with Braided Lanyard
Zinc grey metal whistle in good condition; the top is
marked with the RZM logo, the maker code “47/42” and the letters “SS”
(not runes). The whistle is attached to a braided lanyard measuring about 10”
long. I believe this was originally grey in color, but has been heavily soiled
to where it now looks light brown. Some of the winding around the lanyard cord
has frayed through in a couple of spots, but overall it remains fully
serviceable – and the whistle works. Great accessory!
