F-227a WWII German Political Canteen with Strap
This example has the wool cover that is clean and retains all four
snaps. There is an aluminum snap clip for attaching to the backpack. The body of
the canteen is made of aluminum. There is a black finished (60% intact) brass
twist cap on the top that is marked “VAL 39”. The black leather strap is
fully intact and excellent. These Political canteens were not equipped with a
cup. Excellent overall!
