FL-17 Party Banner
Interesting one-sided banner measuring approximately 3’ by 7’.
This has a very distinct configuration with a two-inch wide stripe running along
each side and a fine silver bullion fringe along the bottom. There is a wide
reinforced cloth loop at the top where the dowel/pole would be inserted. There
is one small hole the size of a quarter and some light brown staining in the
white circle with the printed swastika. Very intriguing.
