FL-3  Signals Flag, with Certification Stamp; Approximately 23” by 23.5”
Neat Signals item, this flag is a red field in tightly woven red cotton with a square hole cut out of the center, and white cotton square applied over the hole, with the borders extending slightly onto the red on the reverse side. The front side has a nice, white cube showing. There are red cloth tie strings at the top and bottom corners of the hoist for attaching the flag in a series or to a staff. There is a circular black certification stamp (with eagle) over the bottom left front corner though the agency name is barely legible. Neat item!
