FL-52 Excellent D.D.A.C. Pennant
D.D.A.C. is the acronym for Der Deutsche Automobil-Club. This club
was founded in 1933 by NSKK Korpsführer Adolf Hühnlein and is similar to the
American Automobile Association (AAA). The club consisted of people who owned an
automobile but did not belong to the NSKK. The pennant itself is produced in
white linen with printed insignia. There is just minor discoloration. It is
two-sided. The pennant measures 12.5” from end to end and 7.5” from top to
bottom (31.75cm x 19cm). The hoist end has a small snap clip at the top a metal
ring on the bottom for hanging the pennant. Near excellent and quite desirable!
