FL-57 Two-Sided BDM Pennant with “Life”
Rune
Very cool example in black cotton fabric with a separately-applied
white cotton diamond on the obverse side (hoist at the left), having a
separately-applied “eohl” (LIFE) rune in red cloth – this means the
pennant is likely for a BDM (i.e. female) youth organization. The reverse side
has a separately-applied multi-piece HJ diamond, with the swastika worked in the
so-called “BeVo-like weave” pattern – an interesting texture! The pennant
measures approximately 13” by 30” and has some soiling, but overall is in
really great condition. The hoist has a metal press clip at top and bottom.
