FL-76 Massive Battle Flag, as Used by the
Kriegsmarine
Produced of a bunting material, it is two-sided and features a
printed insignia, producing a mirror image reverse. The hoist end has a heavy
white bunting material sewn over a thick rope lanyard. The top end of the
lanyard has a loop formed for hanging the flag. There is very minor
discoloration and just a few small holes in the flag. The white reinforcement is
stamped with a Navy proof as well as “RKF Gr 10 300 x 500”. The flag is
huge, measuring nearly 200” (16.5’) long and 120” (10’) tall! If you
have the room for it, it would make for a very impressive display piece! If not,
it still is very distinctive because it’s the largest battle flag I’ve
encountered.
