FL-81 Battle Flag, As Used by the Army, Luftwaffe
and SS
This battle flag measures approximately 65.5” long by 37” wide, a
great display size. Produced with a smooth bunting material, it is two-sided and
features a printed insignia producing a mirror image reverse. The hoist end has
a heavy white bunting material sewn over a rope lanyard. The top end of the
lanyard has a loop formed for hanging the flag. There are many holes, both big
and small throughout the flag. The white border is nicely stamped with the
size (100 x 170) and description of the flag (Kriegsflg.). There is a maker’s
mark as well, which has the initials “WFT” inside an upside down triangle. A
sound example overall!
