Rare Navy Standarte for a General

Very
seldom encountered example of this rare flag.
It is two-sided and measures approximately 4.5' by 4.5'. It a printed style and has brilliant colors on a white
bunting field. It has a white strip
at the top which has a rope loop and lanyard.
This is also marked "General Admiral 1.5 x 1.5".
Other than a few small holes it is in mint shape.
This is one exotic piece.
