Fallschirmschutzenabzeichen (Paratrooper Badge) in Hand-embroidered Bullion
Mega private purchase example of high quality, hand-embroidered
aluminum bullion wreath and lightly toned gold bullion eagle on a Luftwaffe
greyish- blue oval felt cloth backing. There are nuances to the embroidery of the
eagle and swastika typical of the handcraft skill for this art. The wreath for
this piece is hand embroidered in a matte fine-gauge bullion, with some shinier
bullion highlight lines, and crinkly accents. The reverse of the badge is fully
“backed” with a very tightly sealed, protective white mesh cloth covering.
Very impressive, officer quality bullion badge!
