M-257 Army Krim Shield
Fine example of the Army Krim shield (slightly vaulted) mounted on a
field grey wool backing. The bronze finish, which has darkened over the years,
shows excellent detail and patina. The nap on the field grey backing has some
soiling but it is complete and otherwise sound. The reverse side is
missing the paper backing over the rear plate, revealing the four prongs which
are intact. An excellent example overall!
