Badge in Silver)
The Silver Wound Badge was awarded to all military, non-military
uniformed formations and later civilians wounded in air raids three to four
times. This example, of a solid zinc construction, retains 80% of its original
silver finish. There is a short pin with a sheet metal hinge. The reverse is
marked “107” for the firm of Carl Wild of Hamburg. A sound example!
