M-329a Third Class NSDAP (NAZI) Long Service Award in
Bronze, for 10 Years Service
A sound example of this handsome award. This takes the form of a
cross with sun rays between the frame of the cross. Superimposed over the cross,
on the obverse, is a highly detailed National emblem. The same area on the
reverse has the script “Treue für Führer und Volk” (“Loyalty to Leader
and People”). All of this is finished in bronze (zinc base metal) that is
approximately 90% intact. The suspension ring is finished in a bronze as well,
and is marked “10” for the maker, Robert Schenkel of Pforzheim. A great
display item!
