S-102 Kriegsmarine “Officer
of the Day” Breast Device
An interesting, bright gilt finished piece, stamped from some
lightweight metal. It is a wide oval oak leaf wreath, with the leaves banded at
intervals by a ribbon string. Within the oval ring formed by the wreath is a
fouled anchor. The reverse has a loop at top and bottom for some type of
mounting pin. The detail to the oak leaf wreath is super crisp.
