S-261 Extremely Scarce Factory Guard
Identification Disc
This metal “disc” measures 4.25” across and 2.25” tall at its
longest and tallest points (10.8cm x 5.7cm). It features a silver finished eagle
with outstretched wings and a swastika emblazoned across its chest. Below the
eagle is a ribbon with the word “Werkschutz”, (“Factory Guard”) in
black. All of this is over a red background. The finish remains 90% intact
throughout. The reverse features a horizontal, brass needle pin which functions
perfectly. The name and motto of the maker, “H. Aurich Dresden” is seen in
high relief on the reverse. Stamped into the reverse is the number “15517”.
