S-411  Excellent Photo Album of Army Signals NCO, Member of a Panzer Division, Very Unique
This interesting album has 126 black and white photos of different sizes on 25 pages. The album measures 8” by 13.5” (20.3cm x 34.3cm) and the cover is a brown civilian example. All of the pages are labeled, with photos featuring the invasion of France, Belgium, Luxembourg, as well as training in Wildflecken, Rhön etc. The NCO owner of the album was a member of the 2nd Nachrichten Abteilung, 12th Panzer Division. There is an interesting poem handwritten next to one of the owner’s pals, Oblt. Otto Bleick titled “Our Good Uncle Otto Fights in France”. It translates as follows:

“My company is thirsty…Where is the beer here?…And the sekt and the wurst
Then distributes the booty…Among his courageous fellows”

There are a few missing photos but there is a lot to like! Near excellent condition!
