HG-31 Scarce Kriegsmarine Tropical Model 1941 Cap
This is produced in a very lightweight, tropical tan cloth that has
some minor discoloration and a few small stains. Each side has a pair of metal
vent grommets. The front of the cap has a handsome, machine woven gold cloth
eagle over brown, this has been hand applied to the cap. The red/white/black
cockade is machine woven as well, and has been machine applied. The visor has a
crease from being folded, this is common and not distracting. The interior is
fully lined in gold rayon that is super clean. There is a black ink stamp
by the maker in Paris to go along with the size stamp of “55”. A very nice
example of this hard to find tropical cap!
