HG-50 Police Enlisted Man's Model 1943 Field Cap
This is produced in a Police blue/green wool that is near excellent
with only minor wear from use. The functioning side flaps are secured at the
front by a pair of silver finished pebbled aluminum buttons. Interesting example
with all metal insignia. There is a zinc cockade which is missing a small amount
of the finish. The aluminum Police eagle is excellent and is attached via three
small stitches. The approximately size 56 interior is fully lined in a goldish-brown
rayon. There is moderate discoloration all around the circumference from wear
and usage. A sound plus example of a desirable Police Enlisted Man's Model
1943 cap!
