H-238 Clean Model 1940 Luftwaffe Single Decal

The rough texture, Luftwaffe blue/grey finish on this example remains
fully intact, with minor blemishes only. There are white dots (paint splatter?)
on a few areas as well. The Luftwaffe decal looks like someone tried to clean it
at some point, as just the “base” underlay is visible. The interior
has a brown leather liner that has lots of wear and tear, my guess is from bad
storage, based on the condition of the exterior. The liner is stamped with its
size (58) and has a partial drawstring. There is a reinforced aluminum linerband
that is dated 1941, as well as maker and size marked. The size of the interior
is stamped Q 66 indicating production by Quist of Esslingen in the size of 66.
Also stamped is the production lot number of 11421. A clean example, great for
display!
