U-200 Scarce and Desirable Army Panzer Pants
These are produced in black wool and show some minor wear and
discoloration. There is some very minor tracking as well. These have a
six-button fly (a few are replacements, one is missing). There are hip pockets
with scalloped flaps, a watch pocket and a single rear pocket with a scalloped
flap. The lower legs were originally equipped with cloth ties but these have
been removed. It looks like there was a modification done to the length, like
they were hemmed, and this has been reversed back to the original length. The
built-in waist belt is missing, too. Both the waist reinforcement and the pocket
bags are produced in an off-white heavy duty cloth. There is a manufacturer
stamp and size stamp on the right side waist reinforcement, as well as the date
of production, 1938. The pants are a large size, 34. A scarce and desirable item
in sound condition!
