Scarce, WWII German Army Sleeve Shield for Russian Liberation Army- This was the largest of all of the “volunteer” groups in the German Wehrmacht. This BeVo version depicts the outline in red of a shield with a blue “X” inside over a white backing. The letters “POA” appear in gold above the shield. This is over a green, lightweight cloth blend background. This is in very good condition!
