WWII German Sleeve Shield for Russian Liberation Army-This was the largest of all of the “volunteer” groups in the German Wehrmacht. This printed version depicts the outline in red of a shield with a blue “X” inside over a white backing. The letters “POA” appear in gold above the shield. This is over a green background. This unissued example is in great condition!
