German WWII 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger by Sigrfreid Waffen (E. Packe & Sohne)-This dagger is gorgeous. This is a very handsome example with the highly detailed airplane gray fittings throughout. This has the ivory-colored celluloid grip with it’s the silver twisted wire grip wrap intact. The detailed pommel is slightly loose, as is the handle. We have not attempted to tighten this. This is not unusual for these 2nd model Luftwaffe daggers. The scabbard is excellent. The blade is a thing of beauty and we’ll rate as excellent. You can see the usual in and out marks and the prominent Sigrfreid Waffen/Ernst Packe & Sohne logo. This also comes with a great set of hangers that have snap clips that perfectly match the tone of the scabbard. It has highly ornated fittings throughout. The fabric straps show light, normal use, and the brown velvet on the reverse of the straps is excellent. This is a choice example, don’t let it slip by!
