Third Reich Police Officer Sword-This is produced by Eickhorn of Solingen. The blade is nickel plated, straight with the manufacturer logo on obverse. The hilt and cross guard are nickel plated. The grip is wood, stained black, with aluminum wire wrap and aluminum police eagle and wreath. The blade washer is intact. The scabbard is black lacquer with 95% or so of the finish remaining. The fittings are nickel plated. The lower drag shows very minor wear. The overall length is 100cm, with the blade measuring 80cm. Very good condition!
