WWII German Close Combat Clasp in Gold Veteran Bring Back-This scarce gold version is missing all of its gilt finish. We know it is a gold example as there is very distinctive gold remaining on the pin. There is only minor wear to the details. The pin is in place on the reverse, although the catch is missing. This was produced by JFS (Josef Feix Söhne, Gablonz) with his motto seen on the reverse. The name of the designer of the badge, Fec. W. E. Peekhaus of Berlin, is noted by the catch. This badge was brought home by a US veteran and we shall supply the name of the soldier to the buyer. Overall good condition!
