Five Award Document Grouping for Army Infantry Senior Corporal-These documents were all for awards given to Obergefreiten Kurt Blume who was a member of 6th Company, Infantry Regiment 353 which saw action all over including in Normandy. The dates range from May 25, 1942 up through January 4, 1945. Awards earned were the black wound badge, the Russian Front medal, the Infantry Assault badge, the War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords and the Iron Cross 2nd Class. Each document is in good condition and measures approximately 8” by 6”. The document for the EKII is signed by Generalleutnant Horst von mellenthin who was an Oak Leaves recipient. The document for the KVKII is signed by Generalleutnant Paul Seyffardt who was a DKiG and Ritterkreuz recipient. A great grouping!
