German Red Cross (DRK) Other Ranks Personnel Visor Cap-This is produced in dark grey wool that is in excellent condition. There is ever so slight wear and discoloration only. The piping is light gray and it is seen at the top panel as well as at the upper and lower edges of the light grey badge cloth center band. This cap had incorrect insignia on it when we purchased it, so there are two extra holes in the center band (see pics). The insignia is in great condition with most of the finish intact. There is a black patent leather chinstrap with black buttons holding it In place. The visor is black vulkanfibre and it is finished in an orange brown hue underneath. The interior is fully lined in orange brown cloth that is in fine condition. The center band is rhomboid shaped and in fine condition. The sweatband is orange brown oilcloth and it is very stiff but in otherwise good condition. A nice cap overall!
