German Tri Color Pennant-This tri color flag measures 10 inches (25.4cm) long and 6 inches (15.24 cm) wide at the widest point. It is a two-sided multipiece example. It does show some discoloration on both the front and back. There is one small hole at the narrow tip, in the section of white. There is no mechanism for hanging this flag, this may have been part of a larger banner that was taken apart, we are unsure what it was originally setup for. A salty display piece.
