German WWII HJ Buckle-This is produced in steel with a silver finish that remains mostly intact. This is a one-piece example with slight wear and very minor scratching on the obverse. The catch is “U” shaped with flat feet. The roll bar/prongs are painted steel. Painted steel buckle by a rare maker, it is marked RZM 4/79, with the research we’ve done it appears to be manufactured by Hillenbrand & Bröe. Interesting as there is no “M” designation in the RZM.
