German WWI Ammo Pouch Set 1916-This a matching set of 2 early example of very early World War 1 ammo pouches. The reverse still has the original brown pebbled finish, indicative of the early manufacture and both are marked and dated 1916. Though they are marked by different makers, they are nearly of identical construction and wear and both very sound. Some age toning and slight scuffing in spots, but overall, they are in good shape and fairly elusive to encounter.
