German WWII Army Combat Buckle-This is a handsome example of a two piece aluminum army buckle that retains the majority of the silver finish. This silver paint is 98% in place on the obverse, with less remaining on the reverse. This is a late war example. It shows very little wear. The central motif of the raised eagle, the laurel wreath and “GOT MIN UNS” motto has great detail. This has a steel roll bar and a half moon catch that function perfectly. This is a handsome late war buckle.
