German WWII Combat “Y” Straps-Very sound example, with all pieces intact. The steel fittings have lost the majority of their finish, but all of the clips, buckles and hooks and D-rings are in place. The dark brown leather is still supple and has aged very well, some slight wear but minimal scratching and discoloration. It could use some conditioning, which we have not attempted to do. The leather has toned to a very nice color brown, quite handsome. They are in very good condition. Nicely marked with Schnabl & Braun/Muchen and dated 1941.
