German WWII NSKK EM Buckle-An example of an early two piece constructed brass buckle with separately attached silver roundel, worn by the NSKK (National Socialist Motor Corps). This example has a plain field, with a stamped motif of an eagle with outstretched wings. This scarce variant has the "Sonnenrad" type swastika. As is usual, this is an unmarked example. The reverse has a half moon shaped catch and nickel-plated roll bar and prongs. Moderate wear. The finish on the silver rondel has moderate wear, it retains 50% of the silver wash. Details are very nice.
