German WWII RAD NCO Set of Slip-on Shoulder Boards-These are excellent. This slip-on set is for NCO personnel. The face features brown cloth with silver flat wire which has interwoven brown “v’s”. The reverse is soft black badge cloth that feels like black velvet. A very clean set. These are super nice!
