German WWII Set of Army Sew On Shoulder Boards for a Recruiter-Made of a dark green badge cloth, and trimmed in a subdued gray/green tresse. These are piped in orange, and because they have the silver roman number cypher and the single silver pip, we know this was a set of shoulder boards for an Oberfeldwebel who was a recruiter in the 7th Wehrkreis or Military District near Munich. These are rarely seen. This exact set of shoulder boards were brought home by a US Veteran. All we know about the veteran is that he was from the HQ Co. 28th Infantry Division, 1st Battalion of the 175th Reg, we unfortunately do not have his name.
