This specific example in silver represents 25 days, and this would be indicated by the number 25 in the separate box which has been riveted to the bottom of the badge. This is a multipiece example made of zinc. The original silver finish on the wreath and National Emblem is missing. The separately attached, charcoal finished tank is also missing all of its finish as well. The details remain very good, they are still very strong. The reverse features a barrel hinge with a long thin (magnetic) pin. The catch is crimped wire. This example is marked on the reverse with GB for Gustav Brehmer of Markneukirchen.
