German WWII Three Medal Bar-This is an excellent three medal bar. The first medal is a 25 year Army long service award, with a gold gilt Heer eagle cypher. The second medal is the Annexation of Austria (Anchluss) medal, were awarded to all persons, military or civilian, who actively participated in the annexation of Austria. The third, and last is a Czech Annexation Award who was awarded to everyone that took an active part in this campaign. This bar has all of the correct ribbons which are clean and in very sound condition. The reverse of this bar is just as interesting, there is a red badge cloth backing this bar. There are hooks on the reverse to attach the medals, instead of them being sewn in. The long horizontal brass pin works perfectly. This is a beauty.
