By 1936 it had incorporated most of the varied veterans’ associations into it, and was itself re-named the NS-RKB, “Nationalsozialistische-Reichskriegerbund,” in 1938. This display a bright silver finished oak-leaf wreath encompassing a translucent red enamel shield, bordered in toned silver, with a silver bordered black enamel Iron Cross with a mobile swastika to its center. On the top of the badge is the number “25” in silver on a black enamel, bordered in silver, circular base. The reverse is marked with Ges.Gesch. The pin back is in place and works as it should.
