Imperial German 3rd and 6th Cheveuleger Officer Tunic- This uniform is produced in steel green wool that is very clean. The tunic has ever so slight wear in a few spots only. There is one tiny hole on the lower back. The color is still very vibrant. There is a pink badge cloth bib which does show some wear and tracking. Pink badge cloth also lines the collar and the tunic is piped in the same color as well. There is moderate wear to the inner top of the collar. This piping is found on all of the seams…..closure, upper and lower edges, tail etc. It is double breasted with two rows of six silver finished buttons plus another higher up. The French cuffs are also pink badge cloth and these show wear as well. The epaulettes are silver finished brass with pink badge cloth and buttons are also silver. The interior is mostly lined in soft off-white cloth. This does show some minor wear and discoloration. The tunic is a size medium. Very good overall!
