Japanese WWII Large “Meatball” Hinomaru Flag-This is a very large meatball flag made of a linen like white bunting that does have some age toning to it. By large in size, we are talking about 74 inches long by 45 inches in width, which means is a 6 ft by 3 ¾ ft flag. This is large for a Japanese flag; we usually see much smaller formats of the Hinomaru flags. This printed flag is quite handsome, as it shows the vibrant red sun. The flag is reinforced with more white bunting at the corners, and the top two corners hold two small ropes for hanging. Overall, an interesting flag that is quite good looking and in good condition. Very interesting in this larger variant.
