Pair of Event Invitations from Göring to Leutnant Gerker-This set includes an invitation and an admission card to an event held on Friday, March 11th (year not noted) at the Haus der Flieger, Berlin, Prinz-Albrechtstrasse. The invitation is embossed with a national eagle at the top. It is an invitation from Ministerpräsident Generalfeldmarschall Göring und Frau Göring to Leutnant Gerker. It states that dress is “tails or uniform” and that “there will be dancing”. The admission card says that is a reception for Göring. Each is produced in thick, off white card stock measuring 8 ¼” by 6”. Each was folded in half at some point with creases noted. Very interesting!
