Rare Hitler Youth Marine Uniform Ensemble-This is literally the first example of this style uniform I have ever encountered! There is no insignia what so ever and it appears this uniform never had any. It is made of the finest quality, soft dark blue wool material. It has four scalloped pockets. Each of the pockets as well as the front panel has gold navy anchor buttons. The jacket is the waste length style. On the upper left pocket are included the original badges from the family of this member, which include the Hitler Youth proficiency badge and the Hitler Youth industrial award for 1938 referred to as the Kreissieger (area winner). These certainly appear to have been on the tunic forever. This has a black rayon lining, it is complete with a perfectly matched set of breaches. These have a white cloth interior lining. They are ink stamped M38. Some of the interior buttons are marked “for gentlemen”. This is in English, but do not panic as believe it or not, this is a common characteristic for privately purchased tailored garments, which this certainly is. Other than some light tracking on the lower portion of each leg, which would be covered by the boots, this set rates a full excellent. Unique offering!
Please note that any "accessories" (i.e. medals, badges, belts etc.) are NOT included unless stated in description!
